Join us at Fire Nest for Clay & Create, our relaxed, self-led pottery experience where you can get hands-on with clay, experiment with colour and let your creativity take the lead.
Unlike our usual pottery classes, there's no set project to follow and no step-by-step tuition. Whether you fancy making a trinket dish, a little vase, decorative ornaments, personalised gifts or something wonderfully unique, the choice is yours!
How it works
2 hours to create
You'll receive 750g of clay and have two hours to shape, mould and build your own creations. We'll provide the tools and materials you need, and our friendly team will be on hand if you'd like a little advice or inspiration.
1 hour to decorate
Once you've finished creating, you'll have a dedicated hour to add colour and personality to your pieces using our available glazes. Choose your colours, experiment with designs and make your creations truly yours.
We'll take care of the firing
After your session, we'll carefully dry and fire your creations in our kiln. Your finished pieces will then be ready to collect once the firing process is complete.
