Pottery Painting
Studio Fee: £5 per person (non-refundable)
When booking your pottery painting session, we require a £5 studio fee per person. This secures your space and covers studio time, instruction, paints, brushes, glazing, and firing.
Simply choose your pottery pieces on the day and pay for your selected items at the studio. Our pottery pieces range from mugs and bowls to decorative items and ornaments, with prices clearly displayed. Prices range from £8-30.
Your finished pieces will be glazed and fired by our team, ready for collection approximately 2-3 weeks after your session

What’s included in your Pottery Painting session: Sessions run for 2 hours, and a table will be allocated to fit your group size. Upon arrival, we will show you the variety of pottery available for you to paint which are priced per item, which is payable at the time of choosing.
After the session, your pieces will be kept with us as they need to go into the Kiln for a firing. These will be ready in approx 2-3 weeks time, and you will be notified by email when your items are ready for collection from us.
In the rare event that an item didn’t survive in the Kiln, we will do our best to rectify or replace the item for you.
FAQ:
Do I have to book or can I just turn up? We only have limited space in our Pottery Painting Studio, therefore we do recommend booking beforehand to avoid disappointment if we cannot fit you in. You are welcome to contact us via social media or on email (hello@firenestcandles.com) to check if we have availability before making the journey.
Can you help with personalisation? Eg. writing names. Yes of course we can, we can write names or help with any drawings you may require.
Can you do baby or toddler hand-prints onto pottery? Yes we can help with this! We will dip your child’s hand into glaze and we can then imprint this onto plates, mugs etc. They make the cutest gifts or a memory frozen in time for you to keep forever!
Can I book outside of your opening hours? Yes absolutely, these are our trial opening hours for now to see how the demand is and what hours are most popular but please do contact us on hello@firenestcandles.com directly if you would like to request a specific time/ date and we can accommodate this.
When will my pottery items be ready to collect? We aim to have fired your pieces in the Kiln and have them ready for collection from us within 2-3 weeks, you will be notified by email when they are ready for you to collect, so please do not just turn up without receiving this first.
