Join us for a completely open-ended pottery workshop where YOU decide what to create. Whether you've got a specific project in mind or want to explore different techniques, this workshop is your opportunity to bring your vision to life with clay.
What You'll Do:
This is your creative playground! You can make:
Bowls, plates, or mugs
Vases or planters
Trinket dishes or jewellery holders
Decorative sculptures or figurines
Wall hangings or tiles
Whatever inspires you!
We'll guide you through various hand-building techniques including:
Pinch pot construction
Coil building
Slab building
Texture and surface decoration
Shaping and smoothing techniques
Adding details and personal touches
What's Included:

✓ Professional glazing and kiln firing
Glazing Options:
Choose ONE glaze colour for your piece(s) - we'll glaze and fire it for you at no extra cost!
OR upgrade to return for a pottery painting session to add detailed decoration and multiple colours (+£5)
Collection:
Your finished piece(s) will be ready for collection in approximately 6-8 weeks after professional glazing and firing.

Wear comfortable clothes that can get messy
Clay is unpredictable - we can't guarantee perfect results but we'll guide you to give your piece the best chance!

Pottery takes approximately 6-8 weeks to fire - these are estimates only and may take longer. You'll be emailed from hello@firenest.co.uk when ready with self-collection details. Items must be collected within 30 days or will be disposed of. Due to the nature of high-temperature firing, perfect results cannot be guaranteed and we don't provide refunds for firing outcomes, though we always try to help resolve issues where possible.
